Commonly traded currencies are generally available for immediate purchase at our branch. However, for specific currency requirements or higher amounts, we recommend placing a request in advance to ensure prompt availability and a seamless service experience.

As per RBI guidelines, the maximum amount of foreign currency that can be purchased in cash is limited to USD 3,000 or its equivalent per person per visit. Any amount exceeding this limit must be made through non-cash modes such as bank transfer, demand draft, or Forex Card, subject to applicable regulations and documentation.

Payments for currency exchange can be made either in cash or through account transfer modes such as NEFT, RTGS, or UPI. A combination of cash and transfer is not permitted. Cash payments are allowed up to ₹49,999, and amounts above this limit must be made only through account transfer.
